In Dependence Day
I have been looking up options for getting a car these past couple of weeks because I start a new job soon and I need a car. I didn't know how stressful this whole process would be, but I have had several head aches and even a moment of tears. In those moments I realized that I literally can't do anything right without the Lord's instruction. Every time I would ask God why it wasn't working out, he told me over and over again to pray and then trust him. I don't have the results yet, but I believe that as I pray even now that God has it all worked out. On this United States Independence Day I am humbled to be In dependence on the Lord in all of my decision making. It's a relief to know that I can lean on the Lord and he won't drop me. The Lord knows what I have need of and he won't drop me. He never has. I have been in situations where I wasn't able to pay for a class and the money came to me. I needed money for my business and it came to me. There have been times when I needed a place to stay and provision came for me. The Lord doesn't drop his babies, and I am going to rest in my Abba's arms and stop worrying about a silly car when the cattle on a thousand hills is the Lords. I've prayed about it, and I trust him. I have done what I know, and it is time for God to show me things that I couldn't have imagined. Happy Independence Day to all of America and happy 4th of July to everyone everywhere. Even if it isn't your country's independence day, every day is a blessing and to be celebrated.
